Beatrice T. O'Brien
Founder, Chair & CEO
Beatrice T. O'Brien is the founder, chair, and chief architect of JustMediation Hub, a next-generation dispute resolution platform designed to fundamentally modernize how mediations, arbitrations, and complex disputes are managed, resolved, and enforced. The platform is the culmination of more than 25 years of elite, cross-border legal and executive advisory experience, informed by a deep commitment to efficiency, integrity, and trust in dispute resolution processes.
Throughout her career at top-tier Wall Street firms, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and leading international practices in Australia and the United Kingdom, Beatrice advised boards, senior executives, and high-profile clients—including Warren Buffett—on some of the most complex restructurings, disputes, and high-stakes matters across the U.S., UK, and Australian markets.
Designed as a true one-stop dispute resolution platform, JustMediation Hub enables mediators, arbitrators, and counsel to manage an entire matter—from intake through resolution and enforcement—within a single, secure environment. The platform integrates artificial intelligence, blockchain-secured smart contracts, cryptographic security, and automated trust frameworks to dramatically reduce friction, compress timelines, and enhance decision-making across the dispute lifecycle.
Beatrice is also a prolific global inventor, holding more than 26 patents worldwide, many of which underpin JustMediation Hub's core architecture. These patented technologies reflect years of rigorous development and refinement, driven by a commitment to building systems that protect neutrality, safeguard parties, and restore confidence in dispute resolution at scale.
Beatrice is a graduate of Bond University—Australia's only private law school—with a law degree, and an alumna of Harvard Law School Executive Programs. She is currently undertaking an additional Master's-level program at Cornell University. She also speaks fluent Hindi, reinforcing the global, cross-cultural foundation upon which JustMediation Hub is built.

Austin serves as Fractional CFO for JustMediation Hub, bringing extensive experience in financial strategy, executive advisory, and investment banking. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has guided startups and growth-stage companies through capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financial challenges across sectors including legal technology, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Web3, SaaS, biotech, and fintech. Austin specializes in building sophisticated financial models, driving strategic development, and aligning business objectives with investor, regulatory, and stakeholder expectations. As a FINRA-registered professional, he is uniquely positioned to support JustMediation Hub in structuring, accessing, and scaling capital to fuel platform growth, innovation, and expansion across global dispute resolution and enterprise markets.
Arun Prakash
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Arun Prakash serves as Chief Technology Officer of JustMediation Hub, bringing deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven product development. With a master's degree in Computer Science and a strong background in software engineering and full-stack development, he bridges advanced technical innovation with enterprise-grade dispute resolution infrastructure. At JustMediation Hub, Arun leads the architecture and development of intelligent, secure, and scalable systems that integrate AI, cryptographic security, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contracts to support modern mediation, arbitration, governance, and dispute-resolution workflows. Recognized for his contributions to data science by the Australian Government, Arun's strategic vision and technical leadership are central to positioning JustMediation Hub at the forefront of AI-enabled dispute resolution and next-generation legal infrastructure.
